About Kayla

Kayla McKinnon practises family law and wills and estates at Nychuk & Company, including grants of probate, grants of administration, and resealing foreign grants. She has appeared before the Provincial Court, the Court of King's Bench, and the Court of Appeal, and assists clients with divorce, custody, child and spousal support, and property division, as well as separation agreements, wills, and powers of attorney. Kayla earned a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of Regina in 2013 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2017, and she was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2018. She is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Canadian Bar Association.
