About Samuel

Samuel (Sam) Schonhoffer is a partner in Gerrand Rath Johnson LLP's labour and employment practice group, advising workers and unions on collective bargaining, union organizing, workplace policies, terminations, and human rights issues. He acts as counsel for unions and workers in wrongful dismissal claims, human rights complaints, and grievance arbitrations, and also practises general litigation in commercial, construction, and personal injury matters. Sam earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and in Physics with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Regina in 2011 and 2012, and a Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2016, becoming a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan in 2017.
