Real Estate LawGordon Wyant recently returned to McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office after fourteen years as a Saskatchewan legislator, having previously practised at the firm for 25 years. His practice centers on corporate and commercial transactions and insolvency. During his political career he held several ministerial positions, including Attorney General and Minister of Justice, and served on Saskatoon City Council and the school board. Gordon earned a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 1985 and a Bachelor of Laws in 1986, was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1986, and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2008. He holds an ICD.D designation from the Rotman School of Business and serves as a Notary Public and Marriage Commissioner in Saskatchewan.
