About Kavita

Kavita Pandya is an associate in the Commercial Real Estate and Development Group at Robins Appleby, focusing on condominium development and sales. Originally from Mumbai, India, she is an internationally trained lawyer who joined the firm as a legal assistant in the condominium group, later articled there, and returned as an associate. She works with both experienced and first-time developers through all stages of condominium projects, including commercial, residential, phased and vacant land developments. Kavita holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, a law degree from the University of Mumbai, and a Chartered Secretary qualification, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2023. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati.
