Nikta Shirazian is a civil litigator practising construction defects, contractual disputes, product liability and insurance coverage matters, including opinions on various policy types for insurers. Shirazian's practice also covers class actions, commercial litigation involving shareholder and partnership disputes, and corporate governance issues, and Shirazian has published scholarship on privacy law that was cited by the BC Supreme Court in a privacy class action. Shirazian has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada: Ones to Watch for insurance law from 2022 to 2025.
