About Kasia

Kasia Knap's litigation practice covers general civil disputes, assisting businesses and individuals with matters such as employment disputes, commercial and contract disagreements, and debt recovery. In insurance defence work, she represents insurers and insureds in property damage, occupiers' liability, slip-and-fall, and motor vehicle accident claims. Before pursuing law, Knap worked in the settlement, arts, and non-profit sectors, developing community programs for refugee and newcomer youth, and she now serves on the board of directors of Charles Street Video, an artist-run centre in Toronto.
