About Vik

Vik Gaur is a family lawyer and the founder of Gaur Family Law, focusing on out-of-court settlements over litigation whenever possible. His practice covers marriage contracts, separation agreements, parenting disputes, child and spousal support, and property division, and he has represented clients before both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. He earned an Honours Bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto and his law degree from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom. Before launching his family law practice, he articled at a boutique corporate law firm in Toronto, and he's fluent in Hindi and Urdu.
