About Naphtali

Naphtali Silverman practises civil litigation with a focus on medical malpractice, serious motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability, slip and fall, long-term disability, sexual assault, and employment law matters. He has appeared before various levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, and has resolved claims before several administrative tribunals. In 2019 he presented on one of his reported long-term disability decisions from the Court of Appeal at the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association's fall conference. He earned his J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2012 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2013. He belongs to the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
