About Kali

Kali Faingold is an associate at Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP focusing on labour and employment law, immigration law, and civil litigation. She worked at the firm as a summer student in 2022 and 2023 before returning to article, and was chosen as valedictorian of her 2024 graduating class at Robson Hall. During law school she was a class representative with the Manitoba Law Students' Association, served as vice president of the debate team, completed a semester abroad in the United Kingdom, and clerked at the Court of King's Bench. She was the student bencher of the Law Society of Manitoba during her articling year and joined the Manitoba Bar Association's council in 2025. Faingold holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology (2021) and a Juris Doctor (2024), both from the University of Manitoba, and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2025.
