About Suzanne

Suzanne K. Sheena-Nakai is a founding partner of Taylor Nakai Litigation LLP and has practised civil litigation since 2002 across corporate/commercial disputes, contract disputes, real estate disputes, professional negligence, employment disputes, property disputes, insurance coverage, and criminal matters. She also has an interest in personal injury and acts exclusively for plaintiffs, with chambers and trial experience in the BC Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal, plus experience before administrative tribunals and in arbitration and mediation. She has taught as a sessional instructor at Simon Fraser University's School of Criminology and is involved with several charities and non-profits. She is fluent in Punjabi and understands Hindi.
