About Kaitlin
Kaitlin Gray is a partner at Osler whose work is centered on transfer pricing and cross-border taxation. She helps clients across various industries plan for, comply with and resolve disputes involving the Canada Revenue Agency, and she also handles broader international tax issues such as the global minimum tax and hybrid mismatch rules. Gray spent time on secondment at the Department of Finance Canada, contributing to legislation on outbound international tax matters. She serves as Vice Chair of the Young IFA Network committee within the International Fiscal Association's Canadian branch and speaks and writes often on transfer pricing topics. Gray earned her law degree at the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia.
