About Darren

Darren B. Fach practices corporate, commercial and securities law, representing a wide cross-section of corporate and individual clients across all aspects of business law. He advises on purchases and sales of assets or businesses, licensing, distribution and leasing agreements, corporate reorganizations, recapitalizations, equity and bank financings, mergers and amalgamations, as well as cybersecurity and privacy matters. Mr. Fach joined Code Hunter LLP as counsel on January 1, 2025, after practicing at prominent Calgary law firms since 1990. He studied English literature and religion in Winnipeg, graduating from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law, Robson Hall, in 1989, and was called to the Alberta bar in 1990. He is active in the community, having served as a board member, guest lecturer or volunteer with organizations including the Mennonite Central Committee and the Calgary Mineral Exploration Group.
