About Scott

Scott Waters brings nearly 20 years of experience to the firm with a general business practice focused on corporate and commercial law, banking law, and commercial and residential real estate law, advising businesses on structuring, financing, reorganizations, acquisitions, and divestitures, and financial institutions on lending and security issues. He has served on the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame and Museum board of directors between 2006 and 2017 and remains involved with the organization.
