Kaan Alkin is an estate litigation lawyer focused on complex disputes involving estates and trusts, including wills variation claims, contested spousal status, undue influence and incapacity claims, unjust enrichment, breach of trust, abuse of power of attorney, contested gifts, will interpretation applications, contested committeeships, and executor and trustee accounting and compensation disputes. He serves on the Executive of the Canadian Bar Association British Columbia's Vancouver Wills and Trusts Subsection as Vice Chair.
