About Justyna

Justyna Zukowski is an associate at Ross & McBride practicing labour and employment law and human rights law. She completed her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences at McMaster University before earning her Juris Doctor from Western University, graduating with distinction and receiving the Law Society of Upper Canada Prize for ranking in the top 15 of her class. During law school she worked as a caseworker with Western's Community Legal Services and led Project Consent with Pro Bono Students Canada, earning the Chief Justice Richard Wagner Award. Before articling at Ross & McBride, she interned with the Ontario Bar Association and clerked at the Tax Court of Canada, where she assisted judges with legal research and editing judgments. She was called to the bar in 2024.
