About Andrei

Andrei Dobrogeanu is a partner in Ross & McBride's Litigation group, practising across all areas of commercial litigation. He acts for businesses and individuals in shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, property disputes, and defamation actions, and has appeared before tribunals ranging from the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court up to Divisional Court appeals. Clients value his practical advice and his ability to explain their options and entitlements clearly. He was called to the bar in 2016. Outside his regular practice, Andrei regularly volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario, helping self-represented litigants with procedural matters, and he belongs to the Advocates' Society, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Hamilton Law Association.
