Justin Tam is an Associate at Howard Chern Employment Law, providing practical solutions to employers and employees on employment law matters. Before joining the firm he practised litigation at a boutique Vancouver firm across employment, real estate, intellectual property, defamation, residential tenancy and corporate/commercial matters. He was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2023, holds a J.D. from the University of Victoria (2019) and a BA in Political Science from the University of British Columbia (2015), and is active with the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (BC).
