About Jaspreet

Jaspreet Malik is a partner and founder of South Fraser Law Group. He received a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of British Columbia in 1997 and a Bachelor of Laws from the same school in 2000, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2001. He articled for La Liberte & Company and has practiced criminal and general civil law since 2000. In January 2024, he was elected as a Bencher of the Law Society of BC. Jaspreet has appeared as trial counsel in the BC Supreme Court and Provincial Court and as appellate counsel in the BC Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He is one of the few Punjabi-speaking mediators in BC and practices personal injury, corporate and commercial law, criminal law, wills and estates, mediation, and family law.
