About Justin
Justin Smith joined Strosberg Wingfield Sasso LLP in 2016 and was called to the bar in 2018 after completing his articles with the firm. He practises class actions from the Windsor office, focusing on competition and securities matters, and has represented clients before all levels of the Ontario and Federal courts and the Supreme Court of Canada. Before law school he provided litigation support to a competition and class action defence practice. He holds a J.D. from the University of Windsor and a J.D. cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy, both awarded in 2017, and a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario (2011).
