About Susan

Susan Easterbrook is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a specialist in Estates and Trust Law. She has over 30 years of experience providing estate litigation, administration, and planning services to clients throughout southwestern Ontario, including guardianship, trustee removal, passing of accounts, will interpretation, beneficiary disputes, dependant relief claims, and estate mediation. Easterbrook is a member of the Property Rights Panel for the Office of the Children's Lawyer, providing agent counsel services on behalf of minor children across Ontario. She holds a B.Comm, MBA, and LLB from the University of Windsor, along with a Certificate in Alternate Dispute Resolution from York University. Easterbrook co-authored the book 'Mediating Estate Disputes' and has contributed to several editions of 'Key Developments in Estates and Trusts Law in Ontario.' She has spoken at estate-related programs for the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association, and has been a sessional lecturer at the University of Windsor in tax law, behavioural management, and industrial relations.
