About Julianna

Julianna Duholke holds a law degree and Juris Doctor in common law from McGill University (2021), along with a bachelor's degree in political science and international development (2015), and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2023. During her law studies she volunteered with the Immigrant Workers Centre, developing an interest in workers' rights, and before joining the firm in 2025 she spent two years as a lawyer defending tenants' rights; her bar training in 2022 was completed at the Bureau d'aide juridique Sud-Ouest, where she handled matters in administrative, family, housing, labour, and health law. Her practice focuses on collective and individual labour relations and human rights, and she practises in both English and French.
