About Jonathan

Jonathan Shulak holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Montreal. He joined Devine Schachter Polak as a summer student in 2005, was called to the Quebec Bar in 2006, and became a partner in 2016. His practice covers complex divorce and family law matters, including family trusts, estates and wills, Mareva orders, and international child abduction, and he regularly appears before the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal of Quebec. He is a member of the Association of Family Lawyers of Quebec and the Lord Reading Association and is bilingual.
