About Julia

Julia Vilorio Peguero is a partner and injury lawyer who completed dual Canadian and American law degrees at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2015, honing her advocacy skills through the Moot Court Board of Advocates. During law school she volunteered at Legal Assistance of Windsor on migrant files and clerked for a judge at the Frank Murphy Hall of Justice in Detroit. Since graduating she has worked exclusively in personal injury law, representing accident victims before the Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. She was recognized in the 2025 Best Lawyers in Canada list for personal injury. Julia is fluent in Arabic and speaks conversational Spanish.
