About Edmond

Edmond Wong is a barrister, solicitor, and notary public who joined Metcalfe, Blainey & Burns LLP in February 2022 after earning his Juris Doctor in Thunder Bay. His practice centers on corporate and commercial law, with growing interests in labour and employment and administrative law, covering mergers and acquisitions, limited partnerships, corporate governance, and restructuring. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 2020 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with high distinction from Ryerson University, where he was part of the founding class of the School of Accounting and Finance. He speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and has advised clients on cross-border deals, financings, real estate leases, and business sales.
