About Julia

Julia Sergerie works as an associate at Dale & Lessmann LLP and is also a registered trademark agent there. Her transactional practice spans mergers and acquisitions across sectors such as retail, restaurant chains, cannabis, and personal care, alongside corporate and commercial, franchise, and intellectual property work. She started at the firm in 2020 as a summer student, came back the following year to article, and became a member of the Law Society of Ontario in 2022. Julia earned her J.D. from Queen's University in 2021 and a B.A. (Hons.) from Western University in 2018, and she practises in both English and French.
