About Rachel

Rachel Beaupré is the founder of Beaupré Legal Professional Corporation and has focused exclusively on immigration law since 2016. Beaupré gained over five years of immigration law experience at two boutique immigration firms in Toronto before moving into litigation with the Immigration Law Division of the Department of Justice in Toronto. Beaupré was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015 and also holds non-practising status with the Law Society of Manitoba and membership in the Alabama State Bar. Beaupré holds a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba, and a Master of Education from the University of Toronto. In 2022, Beaupré co-presented on recent immigration law developments at the Law Society of Ontario's 30th Immigration Law Summit.
