About Julia
Julia Gadd first joined Brazeau Seller as a summer student in 2021, completed her articles with the firm and returned as an associate. She is a member of the Corporate/Commercial and Real Estate groups, supporting business owners at all stages of the business lifecycle, including purchase and sale of businesses, incorporations, reorganizations and dissolutions, corporate and commercial financings, and drafting commercial agreements such as shareholder agreements and commercial leases. She also supports residential and commercial real estate transactions and has experience with bankruptcy and insolvency-related transactions and professional corporations. Julia obtained her Bachelor of Social Sciences and Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, where she was a member of the Women's Varsity Golf Team and served as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and the Ottawa Law Classic charity hockey game.
