About Joshua
Josh Maker is an associate with the Financial Services Group in Osler's Toronto office, working on corporate matters and commercial financings including domestic and cross-border lending, structured financings, syndicated loans, securitizations and project financing. Before Osler, he served as a summer student and trainee at a large Canadian law firm. He earned his JD from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies, with distinction, from Western University.
