About Josh
Josh Disenhouse's practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of real property, with extensive experience in commercial leasing across office, industrial and retail sectors. Disenhouse also advises renewable energy companies on land rights and financing for wind, hydro and solar projects, and advises pipeline and electricity transmission companies on easements and related regulatory matters. Josh holds a J.D. from the University of Manitoba and a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.
