Emily Lawrence is the Managing Partner of Paliare Roland and maintains a litigation and advisory practice serving regulatory bodies, pension boards, employers, and partnerships, with expertise in professional regulation, pension governance, and constitutional litigation. She co-authored a book on administrative law practice and was adjunct faculty in administrative law at Osgoode Hall Law School, and was named Lawyer of the Year in Administrative and Public Law for Toronto by the 2026 Best Lawyers in Canada Guide. She holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006.
