About Joseph

Joseph Rosselli, KC, has practised litigation law in Alberta for more than 30 years, resolving disputes involving commercial matters, contracts, technology, intellectual property, construction, major insurance claims, personal injury claims, fiduciary obligations, and professional liability. He is also a Professional Engineer and a trained and certified domestic and international arbitrator and mediator, regularly acting as project referee across sectors including construction, energy, and manufacturing. Joe earned his LL.B. with distinction from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 1994 and a B.Sc. in Engineering with distinction from the university's Faculty of Engineering in 1988. He has taught civil trial advocacy at the University of Alberta Law School and holds a Harvard Law School certificate in mediating disputes.
