F. Vaughn Cox

About F.

Vaughn is a partner at Chatwin LLP whose practice focuses on litigation, with extensive appearances at all levels of court in Alberta as well as participation in numerous mediations and judicial dispute resolutions. He graduated from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 1984, joined Chatwin LLP shortly after, and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1985, becoming a partner more than 30 years ago. He has earned a BV rating in Martindale-Hubbell's peer-review rankings and is trained as a mediator. He belongs to the Canadian Bar Association's civil litigation and insurance sections, the Alberta Association of Insurance Adjusters, and the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association, and has taught insurance law classes at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law and instructed for the Alberta Bar Association and CPLED.
