About Joseph

Joseph Beller earned a law degree at the University of Calgary, serving there as a founding executive of the Criminal Law Society and volunteering with the Student Legal Assistance pro bono clinic, gaining early experience representing clients in criminal matters. Joseph was a nationally ranked oralist in the Justice Bora Laskin Constitutional Law Moot and is a member of the Alberta Criminal Defence Lawyers Association. Practising out of Calgary since 2020, Joseph represents clients across southern Alberta at all levels of court and before tribunals such as SafeRoads. Files handled include domestic violence, sexual assault, fraud, firearms offences, drug charges and impaired driving appeals.
