About Josée

Josée Tremblay has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1992, a family mediator since 1998, and accredited in collaborative law since 2005. She practises family and youth law, with particular focus on cases involving children's interests, and represents clients through litigation, mediation, and collaborative law processes. She is accredited as a mediator in youth protection matters and in civil, commercial, and employment mediation, and also mediates at the Small Claims Division of the Court of Quebec. She has served for several years as secretary-treasurer of the Groupe de droit collaboratif du Québec and is a member of the Association internationale francophone des intervenants auprès des familles séparées, the Association des avocats et avocates en droit de la famille du Québec, and the Association de médiation familiale du Québec.
