About Richard

Richard Tétreault has practised law for more than 25 years, focusing exclusively on commercial and corporate law, including negotiations, contracts, acquisitions, and corporate tax reorganizations. He also acts as a trademark agent and intellectual property and copyright advisor, and is an accredited commercial mediator. He advises entrepreneurial clients, primarily medium-sized Quebec businesses, on their day-to-day legal needs and growth planning, and works closely with the firm's other lawyers to serve clients' broader needs, including commercial litigation, employment law, and family law matters.
