About Jonathan

Jonathan Vroom is a business lawyer assisting owners, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients with acquisitions and sales of small to mid-sized businesses, incorporations, reorganizations, and contracts, and also handles commercial and residential real estate transactions. He earned a BCom from the University of Victoria in 2004 and an LLB from the University of Manitoba in 2009, and was called to the BC bar in 2010. He has been a guest speaker at the Professional Legal Training Course on Corporate Practice and volunteers with Lions Bay Search and Rescue Society, where he serves as a director and treasurer.
