About Jonathan

Jonathan Pollack is a Partner and licensed Canadian patent agent at PCK IP, helping companies navigate complex stages of innovation and intellectual property decisions. He works with businesses of all sizes on patents in fields such as telecommunications, artificial intelligence, cryptography, software systems, and medical devices, and clients value his responsiveness and ability to explain technical and legal issues clearly. Jonathan's practice centers on patent drafting, prosecution, and portfolio development, along with legal opinions on patentability, infringement, and validity in areas like wireless systems, semiconductor memory, e-commerce, and secure communications. He became a licensed Canadian Patent Agent in 2000 and was licensed to practice before the USPTO in 2001. Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from McGill University in 1998 and currently serves as Vice-Chair of IPIC's Electronics and Computer Law Committee.
