About Jonathan
Jonathan Maryniuk serves as Associate Counsel at Kuhn LLP, where he works with estate, construction, and corporate clients as well as charities and not-for-profit organizations. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, the BC Court of Appeal, the BC Supreme Court, the Provincial Court, and numerous administrative tribunals. He contributed to the CanLII Manual to British Columbia Civil Litigation, which won the Hugh Lawford Award for Excellence in Legal Publishing. During law school he was an editor at the Alberta Law Review and received the BLG Research Fellowship. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Alberta in 2009 and a B.A. (Hons.) from Trinity Western University in 2005.
