About Benti
Benti Atwal is a partner at Legalbird practising primarily in family law, taking a client-centered approach both in and out of the courtroom. Her trauma-informed practice reflects an appreciation for the complex legal and non-legal impacts separation can have on families, and while she favours negotiation and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate, she also litigates when needed. She represents clients on parenting arrangements, parenting time, guardianship, child and spousal support, Section 7 expenses, and property division, and assists with separation, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements.
