About Karl

Karl Marsden has practiced law for over 40 years and was called to the bar on July 10, 1981. He co-founded CM Lawyers with Kevin Cherkowski in 2017 and has considerable experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions, along with wills and estates. Marsden has served on a number of non-profit boards, including the Canadian Mental Health Association (Vernon), the North Okanagan Community Living Association, and the Vernon Ringette Association, and has coached local soccer and ringette teams.
