About Ian
Ian C. Ashley is an associate lawyer affiliated with ALG Lawyers, practising through his own personal law corporation, Ian C. Ashley Law Corporation, headquartered in West Vancouver. He was called to the bar in 2009 after graduating from the University of British Columbia Law School. His practice covers estate litigation, employment law, personal injury, insurance law, commercial litigation and general litigation, and he has appeared before the Provincial Court, BC Supreme Court, BC Court of Appeal, WCAT, the Employment Standards Branch and the Civil Resolution Tribunal. Ashley is a First Nations status member and volunteers with Indigenous peoples throughout BC as a litigator, negotiator and advisor. He belongs to the Law Society of British Columbia and the Trial Lawyers of British Columbia, and previously worked at other major BC law firms before joining ALG.
