About Andrew

Andrew Delmonico is a partner at Kuhn LLP whose practice focuses on business litigation. He represents clients before the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal of British Columbia in disputes involving contracts, construction, builders' liens, employment, debt collection, and shareholder and partnership disputes, and assists clients in drafting and revising contracts. He has written articles on construction law and volunteers as a board member with HAVAN, and instructs the Construction Law course for the Canadian Home Builders' Association of British Columbia. He earned his LLB from the University of Ottawa in 2012 and a B.A. from Trinity Western University in 2007.
