About Macinly

Macinly Fram earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2022, after a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in biopsychology, also from UVic, in 2018. She completed her articles in Victoria and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2023. As part of League and Williams' solicitor team, she focuses on business acquisitions and dispositions, corporate matters, estate planning, and real estate transactions, working closely with clients' accountants and other financial professionals.
