About Tyna

Tyna A. Vayalilkollattu handles all facets of Canadian immigration, refugee, and citizenship law, with particular strength in appeals, judicial reviews, and removals and enforcement matters. She has appeared before both the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court of Canada. Beyond running her firm's day-to-day operations, she delivers free legal education sessions to community and settlement organizations across Ontario and takes on pro bono files. She studied international law at Kingston University London and earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of British Columbia. She belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
