About Oluwakemi

Oluwakemi (Kemi) Oduwole is a founding partner of Topmarke Attorneys, established in 2016, and oversees its Canadian offices while leading the firm's litigation and training departments. Her practice spans immigration law, workplace assessment and investigation, and mental health law, built on more than two decades of experience. She earned her LL.B. at Ogun State University in Nigeria and a Barrister-at-Law qualification from the Nigerian Law School, then completed master's degrees in law at both the University of Toronto and the University of Lagos. Called to the Nigerian bar in 1998, she practised corporate and commercial litigation there before joining the Ontario bar in 2013. She is fluent in English, Pidgin English, and Yoruba.
