Brian M. Micner articled at a prominent Toronto criminal law firm before being called to the Ontario bar in 2009. Since then he has focused on criminal and quasi-criminal matters, regulatory offences, and immigration law, appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Federal Court of Canada. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Criminal Lawyers' Association, and Legal Aid Ontario's Extremely Serious panel.
