Topmarké Attorneys LLP is a Toronto law firm founded in 2016 by three partners, Johnson Babalola, Oluwakemi Oduwole, and Akinwumi Reju. The firm is based in North York at 2 Lansing Square, and it describes its major presence as spanning the Greater Toronto Area and Nigeria, with affiliated partners in other jurisdictions who help it serve clients outside Canada. Its practice covers immigration and refugee law, family law, business and real estate law, tax litigation, citizenship applications, and workplace investigations for employers.

The founding partners bring international law backgrounds to the practice. Oduwole was called to the Nigerian bar in 1998 and admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2013, and taught corporate law, legal drafting, and professional ethics at the Nigerian Law School before turning to immigration, family, and workplace investigation work in Toronto. Reju studied law at the University of Benin, then worked as in-house counsel in Nigeria and as a legal negotiator on World Bank-supervised privatization projects in Uganda and Rwanda before taking charge of the firm's business law and real estate team. Johnson Babalola, the firm's Group Managing Partner, holds the Law Society of Ontario's Certified Specialist designation in Citizenship and Immigration Law, awarded in 2021.
