About David

David Park practises drug regulatory and patent litigation law in Toronto. He earned his JD at Osgoode Hall Law School, graduating in 2022, following a BSc in biochemistry from McMaster University in 2018, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2023. During law school he spent three years volunteering with Osgoode's IP Innovation Clinic, interned at York University's BEST Lab and Alectra Utilities Corporation, and competed in several intellectual property moots, such as the Harold G. Fox IP Moot. His summer terms and articles gave him extensive training in IP litigation at an international law firm. Before law school, David worked in the pharmaceutical industry, which now informs his focus on drug patent and regulatory matters. His professional memberships include the Law Society of Ontario, the Advocates' Society, the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada, and the Toronto Intellectual Property Group.
