About Gordon
Gordon McDiarmid has practised law in Kingston for more than 40 years, having begun his career in April 1979. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the Queen's University School of Business in 1973 and a Juris Doctor from Queen's University Law School in 1977, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1979. His practice focuses on family law, real estate, wills and estates, and small business law, including drafting marriage, cohabitation, and separation agreements and appearing in Superior Court of Justice, Family Court Branch. For more than 35 years he has acted as an agent for the Office of the Children's Lawyer in custody and access disputes and child protection matters.
