About John
John Richardson practices with Dale & Lessmann LLP's Renewable Energy and Real Estate & Development groups, with deep experience in municipal, planning, and environmental law. He advises on approval strategy, assembles and manages consultant teams, and presents to municipal and provincial approval authorities, having obtained official plan and zoning amendments, site plan and subdivision approvals, and various permits and certificates under the Environmental Assessment Act and Environmental Protection Act. He earned his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1974 and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1976. He was also granted an honorary diploma by Centennial College in recognition of his volunteer work for the school.
